Gadsden, Alabama
My name is Rose Marie Allenstein. I was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. I have worked at my father's law office since I was 15 years old and I am honored to have the privilege of joining him as we walk clients through tragedy.

I attended Gadsden High School and received my high school diploma from The Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I graduated from the University of Alabama with majors in Philosophy and Political Science and a Business Management minor. I graduated from the University of Alabama Law School in May of 2000 and sat for the Alabama State Bar Exam in July. I was admitted to the practice of law in Alabama on September 29, 2000.

My father and I are one of the few father/daughter attorney teams practicing together in Alabama. We have dedicated this practice to representing clients with excellence and compassion. I have enjoyed working side by side with my father as we help people through the worst times of their lives. For us, this job is a calling and also a privilege as we represent our clients.

I am married to Mark Perkins, a financial advisor with American Financial Advisors. We have two children, William and Cecilia.
